Data Deletion Instructions

PV Holdings Corp ("we") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of any personal information that PrimeVentures App has stored about you, including data accessed through Facebook Login or the Meta Marketing API.

Per Meta Platform requirements, every app that accesses Facebook user data must provide a clear way for users to request data deletion. The instructions below satisfy that requirement.

Option 1 — Remove the app from your Facebook account

Step-by-step

Log in to your Facebook account at facebook.com.
Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
In the left menu, click Apps and Websites.
Locate PrimeVentures App in the list of active apps.
Click Remove, then select the option "Send a request to delete data".
Confirm the request.

Facebook will forward your deletion request to us, and we will process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Option 2 — Delete in-app

Sign in to PrimeVentures App.
Open Account Settings → Privacy.
Click Delete my data and confirm.

Your account and all associated personal information will be queued for deletion immediately.

Option 3 — Email request

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:

privacy@pvholdingscorp.com

Please include the following so we can verify your identity:

The email address tied to your PrimeVentures account.
Your Facebook user ID (if known) or business name.
A short statement: "I request deletion of all personal data PV Holdings Corp holds about me."

What gets deleted

Your PrimeVentures account profile, login credentials, and preferences.
OAuth access tokens issued through Facebook Login.
Cached copies of Meta Marketing API data linked to your user.
Lead Ads submissions held for delivery (unless legally required to retain).
Support tickets and communications, where applicable.

What we may keep

We may retain limited records — such as billing history, security logs, or anonymized analytics — where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to defend legal claims. These records are kept for the minimum period necessary and protected with the same safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

Confirmation timeline

We confirm completion of deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Backups containing your data are rotated out within an additional 35 days.
